Unique training program specially developed for Pole Soccer®


The training program for the Pole Soccer® Concept is to support the existing training offer and focused on the following core values:

  • operation speed
  • 1 on 1 duels
  • attacking/defending in the smaller space (positional football)
  • ball control, fast footwork, the perfect bounce, feint and trick movements
  • improving starting speed, mobility, functional coordination and conditional aspects
  • increased alertness (reaction)
  • making well-thought-out actions and game insight situations
  • mental toughness (the will to win!)

When implementing the concept on your club the technical staff and (if desired) the Pole Soccer® Club Team receives extensive training and instruction in applying the competition rules, the training and guidance at the start of other extra club activities.
